Discussion

On April 17, 2013, a motorcyclist was attempting to merge onto Highway 101 North in Windsor, CA. He lost control and drove the motorcycle into the side of a mobile crane belonging to Precision Crane Services sustaining serious injuries. After a complete investigation by the California Highway Patrol and a forensic reconstruction expert hired by Gray Duffy, it was determined that the accident was completely the fault of the motorcyclist based upon his speed and inattention. As a result, no lawsuit was filed against the firm’s client.
