Beth Pham

Executive Director

Executive Director Beth Pham handles the day-to-day responsibilities of the accounting and finance department, as well as manages the firm’s IT, word processing and support staff services departments for Gray•Duffy, LLP.

Ms. Pham’s responsibilities include developing firm-wide strategic and financial plans which help formalize policy in the areas of finance, personnel and general administration. She supervises and directs non-legal personnel and manages the firm’s facility and its state of the art equipment. Additionally, Ms. Pham manages the firm’s cash flow, handles all aspects of the firm’s financial affairs, and oversees all business insurance and benefit programs.

Ms. Pham has more than 20 years experience in finance and accounting in a variety of industries, including e-commerce, consumer packaged goods, insurance and banking.

Ms. Pham received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance from California State University, Los Angeles.
