Jack M. Liebhaber

Associate

Jack M. Liebhaber, a Senior Associate with Gray·Duffy, LLP, has more than 25 years of litigation experience and has tried more than sixty jury trials to verdict. Mr. Liebhaber handles personal injury defense matters involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, fraud, and claims for punitive damages. He has particular experience in automobile, motorcycle, and pedestrian accidents.

Mr. Liebhaber received his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University in Malibu, Ca in 1983 and graduated with honors from Binghamton University in New York in 1980, with a Bachelor of Arts. He was born in Great Neck, New York.

Since being admitted to the California State Bar and U.S District Court in 1984, Mr. Liebhaber has litigated cases throughout California in the following counties: Los Angeles, Alameda, San Francisco, Marin, Sacramento, Ventura, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Kern and San Luis Obispo. He has also argued before the California Court of Appeal Second District.

Mr. Liebhaber has been a volunteer CRASH Settlement Officer for the Los Angeles Superior Court West District since the inception of the program. He is also a faculty member of the Jack Daniels ABOTA Trial School, and regularly gives presentations on pre-trial litigation.
