Lyn D. Tadlock

Lyn D. Tadlock, an Associate with Gray•Duffy, LLP, has extensive litigation experience in the areas of construction defect claims, personal injury, products liability, premises liability, landlord-tenant, breach of contract, conversion and fraud, as well as representing plaintiffs and defendants.

Ms. Tadlock has taken cases from their inception through arbitration, mediation, trial, and appeal. She has also handled case in bankruptcy court and before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.

Ms. Tadlock earned her Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University School of Law in 1986 and, formerly, attended the University of Paris, School of Law in Paris, France, obtaining a LLM in 1979 in International Business Law. She attended Scripps College in Claremont, California, then the American College in Paris, France (an affiliate of George Washington University in Washington D.C.), earning an Associate of Arts degree in International Relations. Ms. Tadlock was born in San Francisco, California.

She was licensed in California in 1992, and was admitted to the United States District Court, Northern District, and the U.S. Court of Appeals 9th District.
