Rene M. Faucher
Associate
Rene M. Faucher, an Associate with Gray•Duffy, LLP, is an experienced litigator and trial lawyer in matters including catastrophic personal injury and business disputes. In the personal injury area, Mr. Faucher has tried a number of cases including security guard negligence, assault and battery and other premise liability claims as well as medical malpractice. He has handled a variety of product liability matters involving products from heavy equipment, cranes, guns and surgical instruments. On the business litigation side, Mr. Faucher’s trials have included hospital privilege disputes, director and officer liability in REITS, legal malpractice, insurance bad faith and medical partnerships. Mr. Faucher has also arbitrated construction defect lawsuits.
Mr. Faucher obtained his Juris Doctorate degree, with honors, in 1983 from Loyola Law School at Los Angeles and an undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona in 1975 majoring in Biology with a split minor in Math and Physics.
He was admitted to the California Bar in 1983 and is also admitted to the United States District Courts for the Central and Eastern Districts of California.
