Jacqueline Balmer v. Lennar Renaissance, Inc., et al. The plaintiff, the owner of a single-family home located in Auburn, CA filed a lawsuit involving several parties which claimed defects in the construction of the home. One of the defendants in the case was Gray•Duffy’s client, Ultra Glass, a window installment company. After two mediation sessions, the case was resolved by parties other than Ultra Glass. Although no contribution to the settlement was made on behalf of Ultra Glass, the complaint and cross-complaint were dismissed ending the litigation in its entirety.
